1. After seeing one yellow signal ALP should hold the RS valve (Assistant Diver Emergency Brake) and ready to apply it timely to stop the train before stop signal if required to avoid SPAD.
2. ALP should apply RS valve (Assistant Diver Emergency Brake) at-least once in every trip as a practice measure and keep record in driver’s notebook as well as report it in the register provided in the crew lobby while sign-off duty.
3. Don’t hesitate to apply RS valve timely to avoid SPAD/accident.
