Duties of Loco Pilot while performing shunting duty with T-806

SR. 5.13.02.– 

1. Except as provided for in SR 8.15.01, at stations where shunt movements are not controlled by fixed signals, a written authority in form T-806 shall be issued to the Loco Pilot through the person in charge conducting the shunting. 

2. The Loco Pilot shall retain the Authority till shunting is completed or withdrawn in case of reception of a train on the adjacent line which is not isolated. As soon as the shunting is completed, the form T-806 shall be withdrawn, cancelled & pasted in the record foil. 

N.B:

1. When receive T-806, sign with time and after completion of shunting loco pilot (shunter) should sign with time on the T-806 then handover the authority.
