KHARAGPUR LOBBY

This Combined Crew Lobby is under CCC (E)/KGP for booking of Crews & Guards under the same roof and started functioning from 08.01.2009. The Crew booking is fully computerized with 100 % CMS facility. 05 nos. of CMS KIOSK (Integrated) are utilized round the clock for sign “ON/OFF”.

On an average 102 coaching (70 HS and 32 OS) TO’s are served daily and 93 Goods (HS) TO’s are served daily.

Crew work following section – TATA, BHC, ADL, SHM, HWH, DIGHA, HLZ, BGY, BBS, KUR, PURI, GMO, CKP, SDAH, BWN, ADA, MDN, ABB, MCA, DKAE.

This Combined Crew lobby along with crew rest room is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with CCTV surveillance system and transportation vehicle is provided with round the clock service from KGP to NMP to and fro for carrying crew & guard to running rooms and roadside station yards.

One Crew counselling room with simulator and for trouble shooting of static convertor, microprocessor & conventional loco model, it has been attached with this lobby for counselling of LPs, ESD & ALP’s.

Digital Gradient chart provided at crew lobby, Interactive panel is provided at Crew counselling Room for counselling, discussion of recent accident and case study through audio visual aid.

All sundry work, such as CMS management, Housekeeping and sander equipment repairing are fully outsourced.

NIMPURA LOBBY

The Combined crew booking lobby at Nimpura under CCC(E)/NMP is fully computerized with 100% CMS facility & had started functioning since 05th JAN’ 2021. 03 nos. of CMS KIOSK (Integrated) are utilized round the clock for sign “ON/OFF”. Home Station & out station goods crew from CKP, TATA, ADA, ANR, BJE, ROP and ADL are booked to work from this lobby.

On an average 90 Goods (67 Home Station and 23 Out Station) T.O’s are served daily.

Interactive panel is provided at Crew counselling Room for counselling, discussion of recent accident and case study through audio visual aid.

Crew work following section: TATA, BHC, ADA, SHM, HLZ, GKL & MDN.

All sundry works, such as CMS management, housekeeping and sander equipment repairing at NMP complex is fully outsourced.

SANTRAGACHI LOBBY

Primarily the Crew booking lobby at Santragachi is for Coaching Services & is under CC (I/C)/SRC. The Coaching Crews of KGP and out station crew of CKP, TATA, ADA of SER and ASN of Eastern Railway are booked from this lobby. 03 nos. of CMS KIOSK (Integrated) are utilized round the clock for sign “ON/OFF”.

On an average 48 coaching (HS-16, OS-32) TO’s are served daily and 55 Goods (HS-55, OS-0) TO’s are served daily.

Interactive panel is provided at Crew counselling Room for counselling, discussion of recent accident and case study, seminar through audio visual aid.

ANDUL LOBBY

This crew booking lobby undertaken by Sr. DEE (OP)/KGP on date 07.06.2015 is purely meant for serving goods T.O. to BWN, UDL, RPH, DDJ/CP/MJT crews of ER & also for KGP, NMP based crews. On average 69 T. O’s (are served daily for Goods operation including Out Station Crew. 03 nos. of CMS KIOSK (Integrated) are utilized round the clock for sign “ON/OFF”.

On average 72 Goods (48 Home Station and 24 Out Station) T. O’s are served daily.

Interactive panel is provided at Crew counselling Room for counselling, discussion of recent accident and case study, seminar through audio visual aid.

TPKR crew lobby was under Sr. DEE/TRS/TPKR and was undertaken by Sr. DEE (OP)/KGP on date 10.04.2023.

On an average 137 EMU TO’s are served daily from KGP and TPKR.

02 nos. at TPKR and 03 no at HWH of CMS KIOSK (Integrated) are utilized round the clock for sign “ON/OFF”.

Interactive panel is provided at TPKR Training school for counselling, discussion of recent accident and case study, seminar through audio visual aid.

Crew work following section- KGP, HLZ, DGHA, PKU, MCA, AMTA, ULB, BZN, BCK, MDN, SHM & SRC.
